Rain Insurance
For standard and premium tickets there is a 70 percent refund, less commissions, if there is less than 1 hour of play measured by tournament referee Alan Mills. Ticketholders are encouraged to hold on to their tickets and look at website for refund details.
Week Tickets
Week tickets are refunded by the average price per day paid times the number of washout days less commission (if less than 1 hour of play measured by tournament referee Alan Mills).
Corporate Hospitality
There is no refund for bad weather as there will be a full programme within the corporate hospitality village but ticket holders will be offered premium seats for the following day.
